RETURN POLICY

Note: Purchases of our Heritage Happy Egg boxes are largely non-returnable and non-refundable. If there is an issue with your egg order, please email contact@thehappygroup.com directly with your name, order number, and details of your issue as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve it quickly. 

If you're not satisfied with your purchase of any other item in the store, you can return it in an unworn condition within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund. Here's how it works: 

  1. Email contact@thehappygroup.com and let us know you want a return. Please include your name and order number with your message.
  2. You'll mail your item back to us and send us a tracking number. As soon as we see the shipment is dropped off we'll issue a full refund on your original payment method. At this time we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns unless they are due to damaged or defective products.
  3. Please allow 1-3 business days for return processing and 3-5 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
