EGG ORDERS

How do I know when my eggs will arrive? 

You should receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order is packed and shipped! Orders placed Monday - Thursday will typically arrive within two business days of the order being placed. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be shipped until the following business day (typically Monday) to ensure the integrity of the eggs. 

How do the eggs stay cold during shipment?
Every order of Happy Eggs is shipped with cold packs to keep your eggs safe and cool while they travel. However, you should plan to move your eggs to your refrigerator as soon as they are delivered. 

How do I store my eggs once I receive them?
Great question! We recommend grabbing a reusable egg storage container that fits your fridge, or reuse a couple of old egg cartons you may have lying around. If you don't have either of those, storing them in a glass bowl or plastic Tupperware works great, too! 

How long will my eggs stay fresh?
Every order will arrive with a card containing the expiration date for your eggs.

Do you accept returns? 
You bet! We'll accept returns on items in an unworn condition within 7 days of purchase. Please review our Return Policy and Terms & Conditions as needed.
